Policies

Credit Card Acceptance: Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted for on-line and phone orders.

Returns Policy:

   If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods for a full refund to the credit card you used for payment (except shipping charges) or for an exchange within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. All returned goods must have their original packaging and tags intact.
   If the item is returned without its original packaging or in a different condition than when we shipped it, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct an appropriate amount from the total cost of the item.
   Items claimed to be defective must be returned within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. We reserve the right to examine the item to determine the length of wear and usage prior to issuing a refund.
   If we have shipped you the wrong item, upon receiving the original goods, we will gladly incur the shipping charges for sending out a replacement.
   When you are returning goods please try to use the original packaging. Please include a copy of your original invoice with the returned goods.
   You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

Privacy: All information you send to us is kept in strict confidence. We do not share or sell any information on our customers with anyone. We use your contact information to process your order, and occasionally  to communicate with you about special opportunities.

Product Images:  All item images and photos are intended to show approximate representations of the products. Actual color, patterns, etc. may vary from the displayed photo for a number of factors, depending on things such as dye batch, lot #, garment size, computer display, etc.
